Download a file or host a creation

Save and check readiness
Create the final export
Give your creation a name and click Create GIF, Create sticker or Create thumbnail. Download a local copy if you need the original GIF or PNG.Save the creation
Click Save to library. For a thumbnail, choose its target video and click Save & use thumbnail. Keep the tab open while the file uploads.Check My creations
The card shows Preparing hosted copy…, a ready state or a failure message. If the editor says preparation is still running, check My creations for progress. Preparation must finish before sharing or applying the new thumbnail.
Share and download saved files
On a ready card in My creations, click View & shareto open its media page and copy an image embed or link. GIF creations are served as animated WebP; stickers retain transparency.
Click WebP to download the hosted copy. A GIF or PNG download appears only when the original is kept. A saved thumbnail linked to a video also offers Use thumbnail.
Allowances and limits
Hosted creations use your plan’s storage and delivery allowances. There is no image-encoding charge. Kept originals add stored data, and downloading kept originals uses the original-download allowance.
Hosted PNG/GIF uploads are limited to 20 MiB. Still images have a maximum edge of 2048px; GIF exports have their own duration and frame limits. Up to five creations can be in progress per account. Let active creations finish before saving more.
Check Usage & billing for your current plan and remaining allowances. A failed creation shows its reason on the saved card; follow that message before exporting or saving again.
