Understand your plan and wallet

Open Usage & billing for your current plan, stored data, this cycle’s usage and available wallet balance. Main and every project share these allowances.

The wallet pays for eligible usage beyond your plan and paid add-ons. Check the prices, allowance, free delivery grace and credit expiry shown on this page; these values come from the live pricing catalog.

Buy a custom amount of credit

  1. Open the wallet

Go to Usage & billing → Wallet. If your account is in the free sandbox, choose a paid plan before buying credit.
  2. Enter your amount

Use a preset button, or open Other amount, enter Custom amount (USD) and click Buy custom credits. Enter an amount within the displayed minimum and maximum, with no more than two decimal places.
  3. Complete checkout

Review the amount and any tax at Paddle checkout, then complete payment. Credit is added when the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. Check the wallet balance and credit history after returning.

Read credit history and request refunds

Credit history lists purchases, charges and returned holds with UTC dates, file links and exact wallet changes. Use Older activity and Latest activity to browse.

A hold reserves credit while work runs, reducing available balance. A successful job charges that hold once; a failed job returns it. A returned hold is wallet credit, not a refund to your payment card.

Eligible top-ups offer Refund what is unused within the displayed refund window. Spent credit cannot be refunded. A requested refund removes the unused credit from your wallet; Paddle processes the payment refund after approval.

The wallet shows when credit expires. Each top-up renews the expiry of the whole balance under the catalog’s current expiry policy.

Manage your subscription

Use the billing portal from Usage & billing for payment details, invoices and cancellation. An account whose plan was assigned manually may need support to change it rather than using a Paddle portal.

Under Change plan, an upgrade takes effect immediately with proration. A downgrade starts at the next renewal and requires your stored data to fit the new plan. Use Keep my plan to cancel a scheduled downgrade.
