Organize your library

Find files in your library#

Main library contains videos and images without a project. Open Projects to browse a project’s files. Search matches file titles within the selected location.

Use Search by title… and the sort menu to find a file. Open its card for playback, sharing, preparation status and file details. The location filter remains in place while you search.

Create and organize a project#

   Create a project

   Open Projects, enter a name under New project, then click Create project.

   Add files

   Open the project and click Upload, or select it under Upload to on the upload page.

   Move an existing file

   Open the file, choose a destination under Move to…, then click Move file. Its ID and existing embed links stay the same. A file belongs to one location at a time.

Share and reuse media#

Ready videos offer an Embed, a Link that opens the video in the Lanternaut player, a Background embed and an HLS link for your own player. Ready images offer an image embed and link. Copy the format your website needs from the file page.

Use Create GIF, Create sticker or Choose thumbnail on a ready video to open the creator with that video selected. Ready images offer Create a sticker.

Rename or delete a project#

Open the project and expand Project settings. Edit Name and click Rename to change its name.

Deletion runs in the background. The project page shows remaining files and any required attention. If it fails, use Retry to continue. Protected originals can remain until their active hold ends.
